The opportunity
We are currently seeking for an HR Enablement Coordinator to provide effective end to end Core HR transactional support in accordance with the established policies, processes and service level agreements.
Activities should be undertaken with a focus on delivery excellence, exceptional client service and continuous improvement.
Your key responsibilities
You will be part of the HR operations team, to ensure that EY Talent strategy is properly delivered. You will use your ability to follow a logical and systematic approach to issues, escalating matters where needed to your superiors, delivering with accuracy and in set timeframes.
Supports transactions processing for Core HR (and other Talent functions as required) in accordance with established policies and procedures within defined quality standards
Identifies potential areas for process improvements and makes recommendations to HR Enablement
Maintains content in Talent Portal
Supports HR Enablement Specialist with maintaining system compliance, data / information integrity and following governance processes to make changes
Maintains employee files in accordance with regulatory requirements
Executes activities required for reporting to regulatory bodies (as needed)
Executes ad-hoc compliance campaigns, identifying new need for compliance monitoring.

Required
1 3 years of relevant working experience
Excellent academic background, a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or similar
Advanced MS Office user, with focus on Excel
Demonstrated experience of Greek Labor Law
Knowledge in electronic submission of necessary documentation to local authorities through ERGANI platform
Excellent business writing and verbal communication skills both in Greek and English
Excellent analytical, project management, communication, problem solving, interpersonal and teaming skills
Outstanding organizational skills, flexibility and ability to work under tight deadlines
Willingness to learn, proactivity, openness to work in a multicultural environment
Desirable
A Masters’ degree in Human Resources Management, Finance, Data Analytics or Business
Experience in a Big4 professional services firm
Solid negotiation and influencing skills, and the ability to develop long-lasting relationships both internally and externally
Familiarity with Microsoft Applications, with a focus on SharePoint, Pawer Automate, Forms
