Support Digital & Media Manager in developing digital marketing strategy localization for Greece PepsiCo brands, considering must win battles and key initiatives for long term success, working closely with marketing teams.

Support in local media planning, buying and digital content launches for GR MU. Deliver clear reviews of activity performance vs.
plan and define future recommendations to optimise / improve digital performance
Drive the briefing and development process for digital & social platforms in chosen projects.
Stay current on the strategic digital landscape (consumers, competitors, technologies, etc.) and share this information with key stakeholders
Lead consolidation of best practise implementation and lessons learnt among the brands.
Support Digital Manager in Test & Learn agenda to drive future growth aligned with CoE framework for digital marketing / e-commerce and BU needs
Partner with analytics team & CoE to develop a common measurement approach.
Champion best practice approach to manage owned channels within BU inc. CMS, Community Management, CRM, and SEO optimization.
Support the Digital Capability agenda with the CoE and Marketing Capability team, both on the specific capability sessions (incl.
DIMAQ coordination), but mainly during the on-going day by day work with the teams to help up skill future marketing capability.
Manage and implement tools in-line with Pepsico local / regional guidelines.
Support digital and brand team on campaign briefings. Champion media connections and implement total connections planning model.
Report, track and analyze campaign performance & revert with ideas on campaign optimization.
Communication with media & digital agencies to support brand activations as needed.
Qualifications / Requirements
3+ years of relevant digital / brand marketing experience media agency or CPG industry beneficial
Digital & Media expert : Digital must be his / her passion; constantly updated on new trends, social media fanatic, knows and explains best cases from brands around the globe, et but always from the brand management lens : understands consumer insights, plans media to build equity, able to deal with consumers and customers.
Strategist - creative, autonomous, results-oriented, with high capacity leadership to influence others, ensure teamwork, and build strong relationships.
Excellent communication skills - engage and influence multiple stakeholders to build strong working relationships and take others with you.
Cross-cultural abilities - able to understand different stakeholders needs, develop aligned plans in environments of diversity and uncertainty, and work with a positive make it happen attitude.
