We have an exciting opportunity for HORECA / Specialty Channel Field Sales Agents to join our team.
You will act as the face of the brand, carrying out retail store visits within a defined territory, with responsibility for business development, executing promotions, increasing product distribution, rate-of-sale, and in-store product visibility.
Maximize brand awareness and communicate new product opportunities
Maintain distribution of core and new products, directly sell in stores, and ensure that effective brand merchandising is in place
Build relationships between retailers and distributors
Provide insightful and actionable feedback to our CRM as well as relevant market intelligence
Support Distribution Sales Manager in overseeing corporate distributor relationships and sales activities
Review and manage performance against agreed distribution arrangements
Propose modifications to processes and systems to improve efficiency. Own the supply chain process from end-to-end, including submission of system change requests and distributor training
Monitor distributor compliance with terms of distribution agreements including payment performance, purchases vs. reported sales.
Provide recommendations for constant performance improvement
Perform detailed analysis of inventory, pricing, and marketing data quality and provide actionable recommendations based on findings
Develop and implement effective reporting tools to facilitate sales and distribution management team to achieve sales goals and provide timely and accurate updates to CRM and colleagues
Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience in an analytical role.
Proficient with Excel and be comfortable with CRM principles
Strong technical skills including an understanding of relational databases
You will be excited about representing a great brand, show resilience and tenacity to succeed
You must hold a full driving license and be able to travel within a defined territory
