  • 5+ years of work experience working in Operations Incident / Service Management,
  • Experience in working with multi location / multinational / remote team,
  • Experience in handing demanding customer.
  • Responsibilities :

  • Provide Application Support along with team and under supervision of Operations Lead,
  • Perform initial analysis on any incident and involve all stakeholders if needed,
  • Ensure knowledge of Telecom domain, front and back end technologies,
  • Work with Dev Team and infra team if needed,
  • Manage e2e test support and data migration support,
  • Establish RCA,
  • Raise problem record,
  • Keep track of config changes,
  • Documentation,
  • Follow process,
  • Provide Front end support to customer,
  • Provide technical requirements to new release to improve Operations,
  • Manage SLA / KPI / OLA,
  • Apply the escalation process when required to ensure focus on high severity incidents,
  • Generation of daily, weekly and monthly reporting as defined,
  • Proactive monitoring and health checks,
  • Monitor Incidents.
