lmw is seeking for a Radiopharmaceutical Production Manager on behalf of a Greek pharmaceutical company for its new medical cyclotron production site situated in Lamia .
Plan and supervise the daily production processes to ensure all products comply with regulatory standards and all facility operations meet requirements for schedule (on-time delivery) and budget to support demand.
Responsible for seeing that all tasks are performed in a manner that complies with Heights Quality Management System, Safety and Environmental Management System, and all governing regulatory bodies.
Perform manufacturing (cyclotron and chemistry module operation) and quality control processes (utilizing analytical equipment TLC, HPLC, GC), under supervision as required by State and Federal law, as required.
Manage the personnel (performance evaluations, recruiting and development), their allocation (shifts, overtime, leave management) and their safety.
Liaise with other teams to lead future R&D projects.
Ensure the analytical method validations are accurately performed and maintain proper documentation.
Work with Senior Management to set and achieve targets for site revenue / profit, quality, safety, and production yields.
Maintain specified product quantity levels, including raw materials and product specifications.
MSc in Pharmacy, Chemistry or related field
Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry
Knowledge of QMS and GMP procedures in (radio)pharmaceutical production
Knowledge of safety procedures for working in a hazardous environment (chemical and radiological)
Experience in the operation and maintenance of analytical equipment such as HPLC and GC
Demonstrated experience in a radiopharmaceutical facility in quality control of diagnostic radiopharmaceuticals would be considered an asset
