lmw is seeking for a Radiopharmaceutical Production Manager on behalf of a Greek pharmaceutical company for its new medical cyclotron production site situated in Lamia .

Responsibilities :

  • Plan and supervise the daily production processes to ensure all products comply with regulatory standards and all facility operations meet requirements for schedule (on-time delivery) and budget to support demand.
  • Responsible for seeing that all tasks are performed in a manner that complies with Heights Quality Management System, Safety and Environmental Management System, and all governing regulatory bodies.
  • Perform manufacturing (cyclotron and chemistry module operation) and quality control processes (utilizing analytical equipment TLC, HPLC, GC), under supervision as required by State and Federal law, as required.
  • Manage the personnel (performance evaluations, recruiting and development), their allocation (shifts, overtime, leave management) and their safety.
  • Liaise with other teams to lead future R&D projects.
  • Ensure the analytical method validations are accurately performed and maintain proper documentation.
  • Work with Senior Management to set and achieve targets for site revenue / profit, quality, safety, and production yields.
  • Maintain specified product quantity levels, including raw materials and product specifications.
  • Requirements

  • MSc in Pharmacy, Chemistry or related field
  • Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Knowledge of QMS and GMP procedures in (radio)pharmaceutical production
  • Knowledge of safety procedures for working in a hazardous environment (chemical and radiological)
  • Experience in the operation and maintenance of analytical equipment such as HPLC and GC
  • Demonstrated experience in a radiopharmaceutical facility in quality control of diagnostic radiopharmaceuticals would be considered an asset
  • Personal Traits :

  • Strong interpersonal, organisational and managerial skills
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritise, multitask, and troubleshoot problems
  • Ability to work independently and in a team with strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in English both written and oral
