About the Role

The Total Rewards Specialist will be responsible to handle and oversee employee compensation and benefits to ensure our employees are rewarded and motivated.

This includes managing our payroll process including salaries and bonuses, reviewing and benchmarking our compensation structures, and implementing improvements to ensure we are a competitive employer in terms of compensation and benefits.

In this role, you will focus on both strategic and operational aspects of total rewards with the aim of improving employee performance, engagement, and overall satisfaction of employees.

Your responsibilities will include :

  • Oversee and handle the EMEAA end-to-end payroll process ensuring timely and accurate compensation management of salaries and bonuses
  • Liaise with external payroll providers and provide the necessary labour related information (i.e. hire date, leaves, overtime, etc.)
  • Conduct salary and labor market research to define regional benchmarks and provide advice to enable effective recruitment and employee engagement
  • Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current Greek and UK laws and regulations
  • Provide advice on market data to both Director of People Operations and Head of Talent Acquisition & Engagement regarding best practises and compensation matters
  • Act as the liaison for employee on all compensation and benefit matters
  • Stay abreast of market trends through benchmarking regional compensation and benefit standards and provide advice to enable recruitment and employee engagement
  • Support compensation grade and benefits program design, implementation, and reviews
  • Lead ad-hoc Total Rewards projects as needed
  • Requirements

    The ideal candidate would possess :

  • 4+ years HR Operations experience with a focus on Total Rewards
  • Previous experience working with Ergani and outsourced payroll
  • Fluency in English with excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Good knowledge of Greek and UK labour and compensation laws and regulations
  • Highly numerical with meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent research, analytical, and problem solving capabilities
  • High professional standards for customer service, confidentiality and quality of work
