About the Role

The Total Rewards Specialist will be responsible to handle and oversee employee compensation and benefits to ensure our employees are rewarded and motivated.
This includes managing our payroll process including salaries and bonuses, reviewing and benchmarking our compensation structures, and implementing improvements to ensure we are a competitive employer in terms of compensation and benefits.
In this role, you will focus on both strategic and operational aspects of total rewards with the aim of improving employee performance, engagement, and overall satisfaction of employees.
