We are looking for a Technical Services Coordinator who will act as the initial client point of contact for all incoming helpdesk requests.
The Technical Services Coordinator should demonstrate strong customer service, organizational and communication skills.

The ideal candidate should have excellent British or American English accent and will be responsible for the following work.
We are hiring for the second shift (Athens Local Time)
Shift 2 - 15 : 00 24 : 00 with a 1-hour break
You will be following the US holiday schedule.
