    Position overview : We are looking for a qualified HR Business Partner to oversee all HR activities and ensure they’re aligned with our business goals.

    HR Business Partner will communicate with the board of senior managers, acting as a consultant, expressing new ideas and suggest solutions, aligned with our company culture and purpose.

    HR Business Partner will foster a culture of continuous improvement through performance management, advising and mentoring leadership on all aspects of the employee life cycle.

    Main Accountabilities :

  • Liaise with the Talent Acquisition team responsible for recruitment activities in order to ensure vacancy fulfillment and Employer Branding initiatives aimed to spread our Employee Value Proposition.
  • Identify and implement Work actively with people leaders on training and development plans to support development, performance improvement and talent management
  • Identify retention risks and work together with managers to limit them
  • Manage performance and competencies review process Ensure performance and competencies review discussions take place on a regular basis
  • Support internal customers in analyzing current organizational structure, propose changes and support in communication of new organizational models
  • Propose and activate programs to promote a climate of entrepreneurship, innovation, motivation, collaboration, engagement and inclusion
  • Support the implementation of compensation & benefit policies and ensure they are up to date with market standards
  • Ensure implementation of health & safety measures for our employees
  • Support the company in M&A including benefit harmonization activities
  • Manage the headcount and labor cost budget and forecast
  • Guarantee appropriate labor advice as needed for assigned departments
  • Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics
  • Assisting in the hiring process and support payroll activities
  • Assisting with any other administrative tasks as and when they arise may be necessary : maintaining employee records, preparing and amending where necessary HR documents, i.
  • e. employment contracts, reporting regularly on HR metrics

  • Being the first point of contact for employees on any HR related queries, ensuring employees receive adequate support
  • Qualifications

  • MSc preferably in Economics, Law or Humanities. A Master in Human Resources is highly desirable
  • At least 5 years of experience in a Business Partner role within complex multinational environment
  • Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Basic knowledge of labor legislation
  • Good communication & influencing skills
  • Strong attitude to interpersonal relationships
  • Proven can-do attitude
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Fluent knowledge of English and Greek
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Reporting Line : Sr Director, HR Italy&Greece
