Sephora Greece is interested in immediate recruiting of Digital Manager, to join the Marketing team
The Digital Manager will plan, develop, execute and evaluate Omnichannel & Direct Communication channels with strong focus on Online Awareness & Performance media.
He / She will collaborate with a range of external & internal stakeholders to connect communication journeys in owned & paid media channels to deliver excellent consumer journeys
Main responsibilities of the position :
Develop & Execute the Omnichannel Media strategy & tactics with focus on Digital in alignment with the Marketing Director, in order to meet up Marketing & Business objectives of Sephora Greece
Strong understanding of current digital media market, trends and social media practices (lead generation, utm links, pixel, custom audiences, data feed url, Instagram management tools etc.)
Plan, execute, monitor & evaluate vs set KPI’s Digital marketing campaigns based on performance including search & display ads, social ads, Google Ads (Search, Display & Google Shopping), Programmatic Ads and lead generation forms mainly for e-commerce.
Effective use of digital media monitoring tools, in order to drive insights & actions
Local agency management, monitoring & evaluation of proposed plans
Deep understanding of existing mediums & proposal of new ones in order to drive Awareness & Performance. That includes : Google Advertising Tools, Paid media, Mobile & New media proposals
Managing campaign timelines, deliverables and outcomes using Analytics or other types of Evaluation tools
Strong collaboration with both External & Internal Stakeholders in order to ensure effective communication & adaptation of global strategy to local environment
Line Management of CRM : Develop along with the CRM specialist the strategy and action plan in alignment with the Marketing Director, with the following objectives :

5 years of experience in online, performance, CRM & offline marketing
Expert-level in social media, display advertising, retargeting, programmatic buying, affiliation, Paid Search & New Formats, Analytics, SEO
Excellent command of the English language
Experience in tools (reporting, listening, publishing)
Active exposure in a wide variety of digital / new media / CRM / Influencers’ Marketing
Experience in working with media agencies for paid media plans, or managing directly paid media campaigns for digital channels
