Our Technology Intelligence and Performance department is continuously growing, supporting clients of all different sizes across many different sectors and is currently seeking to employ a Technology Consultant.
The key responsibilities of the Technology Consultant will include :
Liaison between technical and business teams for customer facing engagements.
Architect and Implement scalable, cloud-based systems following sound software engineering principles.
Apply best practices for code quality, reliability, high-performance and application lifecycle management using state-of-the-art technologies and tools.
Identify and document technical requirements and design technical solutions utilizing enterprise architecture standards including documenting, identifying the different solutions and provide alternatives in the architecture components, configuration and software development.
Involve in translating functional design to technical design, gathering requirements, estimating solution, performing reviews, working closely with clients and counterparts, managing work and capacity planning.
Carry out data analysis by identifying sources, gap analysis, requirements for migration and integration to existing systems.
Technical writing for bids and proposals
The person we’re looking for needs to have :
Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or other relevant field.
2 years of relevant IT experience in the area of Technical Management, Software Development and Integration.
Experience in coding frameworks including experience with REST Services & Microservices.
Experience in web technologies & fast-moving environments, including an awareness of the different requirements for mobile technologies and platforms.
Working knowledge of container technologies (e.g. Kubernetes, Docker) will be considered a plus.
