The HPE Aruba Sales Specialist is a product, services, software or solution specialist, responsible for leading pursuit in his / her assigned focus areas.

In a typical day as a Sales Specialist - Greece, you would :
Manage the Aruba solutions portfolio, including : WiFi, Networking technologies and Security technologies
Seek out new opportunities and expand and enhance existing opportunities to build and manage the pipeline in specialty area
Maintain knowledge of competitors in account to strategically position the company's products and services better
Develop pursuit plans and manage the pipeline to ensure alignment with account managers
Establish a professional, working, and consultative, relationship with the client, by developing a core understanding of the unique business needs of the client within their industry
Contribute to proposal development, negotiations and deal closings
Work closely with and supports account manager, providing technical expertise and support, and participating in client engagements up to C- level engagements for more complex solutions in smaller accounts
Be focused on growing contractual renewals for mid-size accounts with some complexity, to higher-total contract- value renewals
Interface with both internal and external / industry experts to anticipate customer needs and facilitate solutions development.
Build sales readiness and reduce client learning curve through effective knowledge transfer in area of specialization

Holding an University Degree in Economics, Management Engineering or in other fields related your work experience
Working for 5+ years covering advanced sales roles
Keen on achieving of progressively higher quota, diversity of business customer, and higher level customer interface
A skilled Salesman within industry and on similar products required knowledge on both the Private and the Public segment
Able to work on the company’s larger accounts, with a specific focus on Top & Enterprise Accounts
A person who shows project management skills and you are open to covering project management roles
An expert in knowledge of products, solutions and service offerings as well as competitor’s offerings to be able to sell large solutions
A person who understands the industry and the market segment in which key accounts are situated and, in the meantime, you integrate this knowledge into consultative selling
Skilled in understanding and applying program / project management methods and processes in order to define, plan, cost, resource, track and ensure successful pursuit
Experienced of IT area of specialization and you know how the company's solutions differentially address specific vertical industry challenges as well as their cross-segment capabilities
Focused on account planning and account revenue forecasting activities
Keen on collaborating with management and sales teams in shared accounts to ensure seamless integration of specialist sales with other sales activities
Able to cultivate and to maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure account retention & growth, plus you drive the client to point you out as the preferred vendor for meeting all business needs
Keen on establishing a professional working relationship, up to the executive level, with the client
A leader and you take part in the initiative in successfully driving specialty sales in accounts prospecting, negotiating and closing deals
Skilled of high service or product knowledge and professionalism in researching and sharing service-related information with account teams and customers
An expert of products, solution or service offerings as well as competitor’s offerings and on how to leverage the company’s portfolio and change the playing field on our competitors
Experienced in : selling high value software solutions, selling of services, leveraging services as part of strategic product sales
An expert of industry trends, associated solutions, and key partner / ISV solutions, plus you maintain the expertise on IT at all levels new applications, maintenance, typical budgets of the CIO’s, CISO’s, typical objectives, measures, metrics
Willing to work with 100% focus on HPE Aruba Networking technologies and Solutions, with specific focus on WLAN and Security
Keen on collaborating with external partners and distributors
Open to spending a significant percentage of time directly with customer; interfacing with all levels, including highest within customer organization in order to enable articulation of business value in a customer engagement
Able to develop business plan in conjunction with customers
Open to leading sales engagements where the field of specialty is the key to a profitable and successful delivery
