Job Description

The successful candidate will be act as a 2nd level support consultant to resolve issues acting as a point of escalation for more challenging issues

Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using our CRM systems and tools
  • Ensure that incidents are resolved in a timely manner to meet defined service level targets
  • E-mail correspondence with banks and customers
  • Required Skills / Experience

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, IEK / TEI of technological direction
  • Minimum 1-year experience in similar position
  • Native or Excellent knowledge of Greek Language (oral and written)
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Well organized, self-driven, flexible and able to work in a high-volume, fast-paced, and deadline-driven environment
  • Advanced computer literacy is required
  • Passionate with Customer Service
  • Flexibility to work at shifts
