We are looking for a SME / Project Engineer Utilities to join our team. In this position you will mainly lead or / and participate in required projects, tasks and actions for the efficient, optimum and safe operation of the site assets of utilities and buildings.
The work location is our plant in Koropi (Greece) and you will report directly to the local Engineering Utilities Manager.
Further key responsibilities :
Lead or participate in process improvements and capex projects in utilities and buildings areas / equipment
Coordinate tasks and collaborate with both internal and external teams of technicians to meet efficient and optimum operation of equipment of your own area of responsibility
Contribute to the Engineering compliance team activities (e.g. investigations / CAPAs / SOPs) within your areas of responsibility as SME by applying and sharing your technical expertise
Delegate tasks and actions to the team of technicians to facilitate the Utilities manager in daily operations
Act always within the GMP and good engineering practices, safety, calibration, and quality standards.
What you should bring to the team :
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering
At least 2 years of experience in engineering in an industry environment, preferably in a pharmaceutical environment, and alternatively the process industry
Previous experience in people / projects management is a plus
Previous experience in Engineering Electromechanical projects (design or construction) is a plus
Excellent command of the Greek and English languages (both verbal and written skills)
Able to work in CAD and SAP systems.
Problem-solver with customer service mindset
Teamplayer with experience working in cross functional environment
Good organizational skills : able to keep up with timelines and a sense of urgency
Excellent interpersonal, collaboration and networking skills
Reliable, learning agile, self-motivated and results driven.
