Handle the highest-tier of enterprise-level engineering support to customers and partners, via email, web meeting and phone.
Own the resolution of technical issues in complex customer deployments.
Deploy our software products and design intelligent, automated end-to-end solutions that meet customer requirements.
Gather and analyze business requirements and establish technical specifications for the customer projects and software solutions.
Collaborate with customers, project leads and partners to discuss changes to product functionality and ensure quality and consistency of the final solution.
Develop custom code, components and plugins that will solve the customers’ hardest problems.
Create and maintain technical documents and knowledge base articles.
Work in a flexible schedule : our Business Development team works in two shifts (10am-6.30pm and 2.30pm-11pm) to align with our parent US company
