If so, then a role in the Analytics and Insights (A&I) organization is for you! In A&I, we combine analytics and insights to directly influence business strategy, communication, pricing, media investments, retail, go to market strategy and much more.

We use our boundless curiosity to discover what consumers think, what they want and why, through immersive exploration, market measurement, quantitative research and in-depth analysis.

We use state of the art analytics tools to dig deep in the data, identifying key business drivers and assessing the impact of investments like advertising and in store promotions.

We use big data sources and analytics to understand consumers, markets and retailers. A career in A&I will build your ability to influence and think strategically, across a breadth of experiences on multiple P&G business.

Your role as a Manager in Analytics & Insights :

  • You will act as a business strategy consultant, guiding decisions of P&G Top management in several areas : consumer habits / perceptions / needs, go-to-market, communication plans, investment choices.
  • You will be part of a multi-functional business team, working closely with Marketing, Sales, Finance and others, constantly exploring new opportunities for business growth.
  • You will combine analytical expertise and deep consumer understanding, to anticipate opportunities and answer critical business questions.
  • You will enable teams to quantify key business drivers, understand the in-market potential of innovative ideas, launch successful initiatives, assess sufficiency of plans to meet the targets and improve sales & return on our marketing investments - media and trade.
  • You will grow your skills day-in, day-out, improving your mastery in big data analytics as well as immersive in-depth research.
  • You will have the opportunity to explore new ways to learn and to connect with internal & external guides worldwide.

  • Contribute or lead consumer market research in key SEE markets on categories in scope, with the help of regional / local agencies and internal brand / A&I teams

  • Job Qualifications

    Qualifications & Skills :

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferred in Statistics, Sociology, Marketing, Economics, Business Management
  • Min 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role : Business Consultant, Insight or Research Manager, working with with consumers & market insights and / or data analytics
  • Strong analytical skills, using multiple data sources.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Strong communication skills, in order to contribute and influence across levels and functions.
  • Creative thinking / problem solving, innovation, leadership, initiative, follow-through, and priority-setting.
  • Experience with Statistical Packages and Analytical Tools would be considered an asset : SPSS, SAS, JMP, PBI.
