Responsible for executing the Trade marketing strategy to achieve business objectives. A key role connecting sales and marketing, co-operating with both teams to ensure proper development and execution of all activations and optimum brand visibility in the market.
Ensures the trade activations’ alignment with company KPIs by compiling and analyzing relevant data.
Key Responsibilities :
Actively supports the development of Trade Marketing activities for Foods in ΤΤ in co-operation with sales and marketing departments.
Execute the agreed activation plan from a trade marketing perspective :
Design artworks and mechanical drawingsPlace materials’ orders & handle stocking / monitoring / shippingTake all necessary actions to ensure that promos can be invoiced (PnL, doc server, etc)
Closely co-operates with the sales department and responds to ad-hoc requests.
Actively supports Trade marketing Budget procedures and monitoring (POs, invoices, etc).
Responsible for sales promo volumes monthly cross-departmental reporting (initial and final promo volumes to sales and invoicing, detailed promo volumes to demand & supply chain).
Closely co-operates with copacker to ensure optimum execution of promo activities.
Communicates relevant product information to the sales department through monthly sales instructions presentation.
Leads ad-hoc projects for extra trade marketing initiatives (alternative sales channels, etc).
Qualifications / Requirements
Bachelor’s degree / MBA
High energy and motivation
High level of business acumen
Quantitative and qualitative research (good consumer marketing knowledge)
MS Office and Internet literate
Minimum 2 years experience in commercial function at an executive level (Trade Marketing, Sales, Marketing)
Language skills : Excellent level of English language
