Role purpose :
Provide administrative support to Virtualized and Physical infrastructure platforms in order to maintain and improve the high level of service offered to customers, at the minimum operational cost and in order to contribute to company profitability and growth.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership :
Manage Incidents (as 2nd Layer support), that affect Systems and DB Services. Provide Consultation to NOC / Service desk, technical escalation to vendor, issue trouble report and follow up resolution
Deliver requested services in the predefined SLA. Take initiatives to simplify processes and reduce delivery times. For system access requests, validate any possible security risks
Be responsible for the protection of systems for possible vulnerabilities, theft or damages to the hardware and software.
Be compliant to local regulatory rules and communicate accordingly to ensure install base integrity and security
Monitor infrastructures’ capacity and performance, produce usage and availability KPI reports for systems, storages and DBs’ under team’s scope

Excellent problem solving skills
Ability to cope with complex projects and tight deadlines
Ability to work independently if needed and to take initiatives during Application and systems deployment and services’ certification
Communicating with impact
Reporting and Analysis skills
