Summary - This position is part of the Global HRIS Team, with specific responsibility for supporting and advancing ITT’s usage of a variety of HR technology solutions.
Duties will include technical support, business analysis, requirements gathering, process documentation, communication, and overseeing HR data integrity.
This position will be a subject matter expert (SME) for various HR systems, primarily Workday (HCM) and iCIMS (ATS) and will participate in a large-scale implementation and integration projects.
This role will also take on the responsibility of supporting Kronos and other time and attendance tools.

Support, configure and develop in HR systems, processes and databases with a desire to continue to learn and with minimal supervision.
HR Systems could include but not limited to : iCIMS ATS, Workday HCM and Kronos.
Review configuration and integration options, provide technical analysis and recommendations in the implementation, migration and upgrade of HR systems.
Gather requirements, create process / data flows and provide suggestions on improvements to improve processes and enhance data accuracy and efficiency.
Lead testing of HR systems including development of effective test scripts and identification of test cases to validate enhanced or new functionality and configurations.
Maintain workflows and address issues or improvements with system users.
Maintain the HR global data standards and processes. Optimize the environment by leading process change discussions to successful conclusion and agreement.
Create / updating training documentation and materials as needed.
Subject Matter Expert on all data associated with various systems (data architecture, standard tables, applications, functionality, data, queries / reporting, interface of data to vendors, etc.)
Assist owners of inbound and outbound interfaces by understanding the upstream and downstream impacts of changes to the HR systems.
Responsible for various common HRIS activities including but not limited to mass uploads to the systems (ie : merit increases, major reorganizations), create custom reports with reporting tools and participate in various project implementations.
Minimum professional and educational background desired (include years of experience).
BA / BS with 3 years of experience or equivalent work experience administering Human Resources Management Systems, i.e.
Workday, iCIMS or another enterprise HCM or ATS system.
Background in a SaaS HRMS environment (Workday and / or iCIMS) preferred, but not required
Experience with Time and Attendance Tracking systems (i.e. Kronos) is preferred
Experience integrating HR modules, i.e. applicant tracking, learning management, performance management, payroll and benefit systems.
Demonstrated ability to communicate and interact effectively with all levels and regions of a global organization.
Demonstrated experience in performing business analysis and process documentation
Project Management experience is preferred
Ability to work in a shared or matrixed environment with multiple process owners.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requests and respond within appropriate timeframe.
Proficient computer skills (e.g., Web / internet, Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Excellent problem solver and troubleshooting skills.
