We are currently looking for a brilliant Junior Demand Planner (BU Hygiene) to join our team in Athens.
Junior Demand Planner (BU Hygiene)

The position will focus on :
Providing 52 week demand to factories
Managing SKU’s portfolio (NPD’s / EPD’s / Promotional items)
Responsible for finished goods inventories and developing / implementing projects to reduce inventory levels
Overall management of the incoming goods, supply chain, using business enterprise system
Responsible for external co-packer supply
Managing accurately the SAP APO DP / SNP systems input data
Managing effective relationships with increasing numbers of suppliers / distributors
Ensure product availability
Maintain Pack Fill and Order Fill rates at company standards
Update forecast in SNP, 12 months rolling forecast at least, create promo codes, update cross-references
Planning and analyzing the weekly production schedule
Acquiring logistics data from factory
Challenge SNP parameters (MOQ's, coverage, etc.) with factories, in order to achieve lowest inventories possible
Inform sales through customer service and PAR (product availability report) about product availability of all products, remaining promotions and timing of new launches
Weekly OOS / Distress report and production challenge reports with factories
1-2 years of relevant working experience and preferably in FMCG will be considered as a very strong asset
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Administration, Engineering Degree is preferred
Fluency in English
MS Excel proficiency and SAP (APO) knowledge will be considered an asset
Strong analytical and communication skills
Fulfilled military obligations for male candidates
