We are looking for a bright and energetic Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources department and drive our full-cycle recruitment.

In Talent Acquisition, the responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interviews and selection, supporting hiring managers and hosting or participating in career events.
At the end of the day, you will have strong talent pipelines for our companys current and future hiring needs and be responsible for hiring qualified people while maintaining efoods great candidate experience.

About the role :
Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and determine selection criteria
Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks) / create and publish job ads in various portals
Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews for a wide range of roles (junior, senior and executive)
Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each positions requirements
Train and advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques and assessment methods
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
Lead and participate in employer branding initiatives
Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire
Key Requirements :
BSc in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or relevant field
Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role for at least 3 years
Familiarity with social media, ATSs and professional networks
Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites
Strong interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
