We are currently looking for a Facilities Coordinator to join the team of Procurement & Facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible to oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the assigned building and facilities.
Routine inspections on all building premises to ensure good overall condition and report all findings to the Head of Facilities Management
Oversee building maintenance and keep records of past maintenance operations
Oversee building projects, renovations or refurbishments.
Check all facilities daily to ensure the implementation of Environmental, Health & Safety measures
Maintain an active inventory of office furniture and building materials
Assist with other duties assigned by the Head of Facilities Management
Work effectively in a team environment and liaises with other teams, in order to get the job done and reach the best possible results
Bachelor’s Degree (Technical background preferred)
2-3 years’ previous experience with facilities maintenance
Excellent command of the English language (C2 level certification desired, or C2 IESOL certificate would be a plus)
Advanced written and oral communication skills
Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel)
Flexibility to work outside of office hours
Proactive and responsive
