Adecco is currently seeking, on behalf of its client, a leading multinational pharmaceutical company, for a dynamic professional to cover the following position :
Job Description :
Receives routine orders for a variety of pharmaceutical products and supplies.
Follows appropriate procedures ensuring accurate order entry and order fulfillment. Makes follow-up calls if product needs cannot be met as expected.
Maintains / works with data, tools or computer programs to facilitate management and monitoring of product and service information.
Provides customer service to clients.
Maintains positive and professional communications, both internally as well as externally to provide regular product / service information and follow-up; promote teamwork.
Candidate Profile :
University Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting
Master’s degree will be considered as an asset
One (1) to three (3) years of experience in a similar position or as a call center agent
Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Fluency in Greek and English
Strong written and oral communication skills
Pleasant personality with a strong team spirit
Initiative and determination in everyday problem solving
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
