Main Accountabilities

BUSINESS COMMUNICATION PLAN :

  • Lead marketing & business communications strategy and execution for EMEA in close collaboration with marketing, digital marketing experts, sales and technical.
  • Setup annual marketing communications plan and budget per segment for the markets in EMEA. Monitor budget spending and evaluate performance.
  • Manage, coordinate and execute online and offline tactics, events, tradeshows, customer seminars / webinars, magazine features and produce deliverables to support these activities.
  • Ensure articulation of the company’s desired image and position, assure consistent communication of image and position in the market and internally.
  • Grow strong brand preference and drive positive brand share of voice across owned, shared and earned media.
  • Reach superior level of visibility of company solutions / products with positive perception across the region. Drive intensive thought Leadership program, digital customer journey strategy and prioritization, including engagement programs (events, digital communication, newsletters, apps) or other digital, hybrid or physical programs.
  • Provide project management direction and guidance to local Azelis resources and external vendors to effectively execute business communication projects.
  • DIGITAL MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS :

  • Convert Business strategic goals into Business Communication objectives, metrics and KPIs.
  • Measure the ROI of the deployed communication activities.
  • Support the acceleration of our digital marketing activities to improve the engagement of audience.
  • Advising the business leadership team on the latest and best communications trends and best practices to support the business maintenance and development.
  • CONTENT STRATEGY & DEVELOPMENT

  • Write attractive and impactful content, thought leadership and keep marketing & business communications messages consistently throughout market segments along with other Azelis communications- Corporate, brand policy, legal / regulatory and ethics
  • Make sure that messages are coherent / aligned and engaging. Integrate key trends and legislative developments related to the industry in our Business Communications strategies and tactics.
  • Ensure content and design are alignment with all other Azelis Communications and with our Brand.
  • Monitor communications from our main competitors to better position our messaging.
  • Qualification & Skills

  • Have a degree in Marketing, Communications or Business Administration or comparable training, combined with
  • over 6-8 years of practical communications experience.

  • Proficiency in English- written and verbal (other EU langaugaes are an asset)
  • Have strong copy writing and communication skills and be able to portray key messages.
  • Bring significant creative and innovative with experience of social media, web development, print publications and audio-visual content creation / commissioning.
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills and the ability to influence internal and external partners.
  • Have energy, motivation, and passion in abundance, and like to work on many projects and campaigns simultaneously.
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple projects in a hectic and dynamic environment on time and within budget
  • High level of self-initiative, pro-active management, and leadership skills
  • Proven track record of developing innovative and disruptive communication strategies
  • Experience managing external contributors (agencies). Ability to effectively interact at all levels of the organization from senior level executives to all others.
  • Able to constructively work in a multifunctional team with different cultures & needs.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and competing priorities, while flawlessly executing on projects in a fast-paced environment.
