Job Description

We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative with experience in the ICT or Telecommunications field interested in advancing in a sales career in Partnernet.

Its main goal is handling all daily incoming request and the development of the existing customers in order to maximize the revenue whilst ensuring optimal customer satisfaction.

PartnerNET is a value-added distributor of IP Telecommunications Products, Video Conferencing Systems, Wireless Network and Network Security Products as well as Cloud Back Up Software based in Athens.

PartnerNET represents some of the largest ICT manufacturers, worldwide, offering complete business solutions to the Greek and European market.

Requirements

Main roles and responsibilities

  • Build up and maintain a professional relationship with the existing customers of the company in order to meet the company s annual goals in terms of volume and revenues.
  • Provide the customer with all the information about Partnernet’s products ensuring customers’ satisfaction matching the existing and prospect customers’ needs.
  • Create additional needs to current customers by proposing relative and complimentary products on their incoming orders.
  • Take ownership of all daily incoming request and co-ordinates the corrective actions needed with other relevant departments.
  • Required Skills

  • BA / BS degree or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills (Greek & English)
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Previous experience of min 1-2 years within ICT industry or in Telecommunications sector and a good record in sales positions
  • Experience in developing customer oriented solutions
  • Good analytical skills and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Customer focused
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced environment with an ability to deal with volume pressures in your workload
  • Flexible, friendly and have a can-do attitude.
  • Enthusiastic, determined, organized, self-motivated, able to manage time and focus.
  • Team-player, with incredible work ethic and close attention to detail.
