Your main responsibilities
Assist the payroll specialists during the process of payroll production
Keep records of the readjustments (position, department, administration, salary) and update within the current month
Import any readjustments in the payroll software
Keep records of the sick leaves or annual leaves of employees
Process and submit the working schedule at the Labor Inspection Service
Be the contact person for payroll matters for all personnel
Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned by the department manager
Create staff schedules
Your main qualifications / skills
Financial related Degree (HR specialization preferable)
A minimum of 1-2 years experience in a Payroll position
Fluency in English
MS Excel knowledge
Payroll systems experience
Excellent analytical and organizational skills
Results-oriented, multitasking, capable to work under pressure
