We are looking for a talented and accomplished Welcome Specialist to join our team.
As a Welcome Specialist, your daily responsibilities will include :
Support new Associates according with Sitel Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s)
Support the onboarding of new hires on the Sitel tools
Support with contract preparation and sharing with new members via tools
Support Associates relocating to Greece by preparing all arrangements for travel, taxi & accommodation
Being a main point of contact for new members to secure a smooth welcome process
Inspect accommodation prior and after new members’ presence
Ensure Relocation policy & process are adhered to
Continuous Critical Thinking to evaluate current processes in place
Provide support during induction day for new members
Emphasize and Dynamic with Sitel Benefits and Programs
Ensure with Support departments (IT, Asset, Facilities, Learning, etc.) that Associate has necessary setup for a W H or Brick & Mortar environments
Keep track of equipment not received and provide appropriate updates
Keep track of hiring documents received by new hires
Arrange Sitel branded goodies for new members
To succeed in the role, you will need to have :
Advanced level of English (at least C1) both verbal and written
Additional EU language would be a plus
Good understanding and experience in office environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-organized, planning and prioritization skills
Assertive with a can-do attitude
Attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to adverse situations
Ability to work with staff at all levels
Ability to support change initiatives
Knowledge of and experience in the contact center industry (not mandatory)
Must hold EU citizenship or valid work permit for Greece
Education and experience.
College degree in HR Management, Organizational Psychology or a relevant field (preferable)
Customer Support Industry experience will be a plus
