Optimal HR Group , on behalf of its client, a Leading Company in the Manufacturing of Green Building Materials & Solutions, is looking for a motivated HR Business Partner based in North Suburbs of Attica .

Responsibilities :

  • Primarily interface with and serving as single point of contact for people topics and implications within the organization;
  • Actively contribute to organizational structure’s evolution design and implementation providing effective HR support and expertise;
  • Implement from scratch and drive talent management strategies (e.g. talent acquisition, talent development, performance management, etc.
  • to achieve long-term business strategy and near-term business priorities through a path that will drive and enhance leaders ownership;
  • Coach leaders and drive cultural change;
  • Guide leaders to support and link culture change with measurable business impact;
  • Deliver and execute HR programs and policies as well as provide day-to-day HR support;
  • Create a positive stakeholders experience and take ownership of the results;
  • Drive the HR strategy in Greece by partnering and collaborating with the General Manager and other departments leaders to serve business short term and long term goals;
  • Partner with staffing agencies on current and future recruitment needs to define effective hiring strategies;
  • Lead employee and labor relations activities;
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with local laws and guidelines;
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy in order to leverage data for insights / action and facilitate thoughtful decision making.
  • Qualifications :

  • BSc / MSc in HR Management / Organization and / or Management and / or Labour Psichology;
  • Min 7 years significant HR expertise with focus on org design and people development;
  • Proven high level of technical HR knowledge, skill, and expertise;
  • Has high organizational and planning skills as well as deep analytical skills;
  • Has a shared and servant leadership style together with a customer-first approach;
  • Demonstrates a strong business acumen in order to anticipate challenges and find solutions to achieve business results through people strategy and execution;
  • Able to influence others effectively and display courage to ensure the best outcome for the people and the business;
  • Has an agile and nimble mindset;
  • Delivers HR excellence with a continuous improvement mindset;
  • Strive for excellence in everything he / she does;
  • Has a growth mindset and thinking out-of-the box
  • Fluent in English;
  • Has solid knowledge of MS Office.
