Your responsibilities :
Being the first point of contact for global customers
Troubleshooting technical / functional issues
Log Incidents / Requests and maintain ownership
Utilize our Client's Knowledgebase, policies and processes to find solutions
Challenge the status quo and help our Client to constantly improve
Requirements :
Advanced French and very good English skills
Strong customer service skills
Enjoy working in a team environment
Interest to learn, and maintain / enhance knowledge
