Working on behalf of one of the Big Five companies in the U.S. information technology industry, you will be required to determine and resolve issues for customers, maintaining a professional manner at all times on the phone, email and webchat.
Training and constant support will be provided throughout your career journey to aid your soft skills and commercial awareness development.
Hours : 40 hrs per week (Full-time) - Office based
Shifts : Monday-Friday 08 : 00-23 : 00 and Saturday 08 : 00-21 : 00 (Sunday OFF)
