Corporate Liquidity is the rapid growing and innovative business unit within FIS, a Fortune 500 company. We deliver FIS Bank Treasury Quantum Edition Consulting Services software solution for mid-tier banks in Europe and we are looking for Project Manager.

If you have project management experience in systems implementation or FinTech and if you would like to grow further this could be a job for you.

What you will be doing

  • Coordinate day-to-day project delivery, management of project financials and drive client relationship management for assigned FIS clients
  • Develop, define and execute project plans, project scope, activities, schedules, budgets and deliverables
  • Manage the project work plan and hold the team and project resources accountable to variances in budget and hours
  • Interact with sales, systems engineering, product development, and other members of cross-functional teams
  • Coordinate activities and tasks among project team members, other internal departments and client or vendor / subcontractor organizations as needed to meet project goals and ensure project completion is on schedule, within budget constraints and of the appropriate quality standards for the project scope
  • Manage project risks, issues / problems and activity progress to ensure project goals, e.g., deadline, scope and quality are achieved.
  • Assist with problem resolution or risk mitigation as needed

  • Deliver informational and decision-seeking presentations to technical and business groups in FIS and / or in client organizations
  • May work at client sites from time to time requiring some travel (0-15%)
  • What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, management information systems or business administration or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a plus.

  • 2+ years of managing technical projects within financial services
  • Extensive knowledge of project management standards, processes, procedures and guidelines
  • Knowledge of financial services industry
  • Excellent analysis, problem-solving, team, conflict management and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to interact effectively with executive level clients
  • Ability to set clear expectations, manage team performance and build high morale among team members
  • Fluent English (other European language is a plus)
