We are currently looking for a Product Designer, Design System to join our Product Software & Service team. Our goal is to consistently discover, build and iterate on empowering experiences for our customers.
In our group, Product Designers work alongside UX Researchers, Product Managers, and Engineers to build simple and delightful products that make a difference for our customers.
For this specific role, the Product Designer's priority will be to monitor and improve our Design System.
On a day-to-day basis, you will :
Lead the evolution of our Design System, working alongside our engineers.
Overview the creation and maintenance of the robust, easy-to-use, and reusable components, patterns, and flows that will inhabit our Design System.
Proactively give and seek feedback, supporting and improving the work of your colleagues as well as your own.
Prepare and maintain exhaustive documentation about our processes and deliverables.
Facilitate the collaboration and drive alignment with internal and external stakeholders.
Present and communicate in detail the outputs and outcomes of the design process in large team environments.
Regularly evaluates existing design processes and tooling and makes recommendations when something can be improved.
Advocate for consistency and scalability in all design initiatives and artifacts creation.
Key Qualifications
4+ years of work experience in Digital Product Design.
An online portfolio showcasing a track record of shipping design deliverables with particular attention to detail.
Excellent understanding and knowledge of modern Design Systems paradigms.
Experience preparing UX artifacts for engineering handover, maintaining components library, and systems.
Strong front-end development foundations (e.g., HTML, CSS, JS)
Excellent understanding of visual, user interface, and interaction design principles as well as user-centered design principles.
Strong written and verbal communication skills allow you to clearly communicate your work and support your design decisions.
Able to function independently and in a team environment, with excellent collaboration skills.
Proficiency with advanced prototyping tools (e.g. Figma, Sketch, Framer, Principle).
System thinker that prioritizes consistency and scalability when designing.

Proficiency with one or multiple front-end development ecosystems (e.g., TypeScript / React, Flutter / Dart)
Experience with vector and motion graphics (e.g., SVG, HTML Canvas, JS, CSS).

Experience in IoT.
Professional working proficiency in Norwegian.
This hybrid role will require around a week per month in one of our European offices, mainly for usability research or workshops.
You can work remotely the remainder of the time.
