Business Context and Main Purpose of the Job Primarily to ensure availability of company products as Point of sales (POS) through Key Distributors and channels to achieve company’s results, having as home base Thessaly an also serve West Makedonia.
Main Accountabilities Building and maintaining productive relationships with Distributors over time and identifying customers’ needs to achieve company’s sales targets.
Working closely with Distributors to drive sales growth by demonstrating business ownership and strong capacity to achieve great results.
Identify & implement actions with Distributors for closing possible results gaps in the concerned POS when they occur. Manage Distributors’ sales resources and coach them for great Performance in relation to the targets set and build a winning spirit.
Guide merchandising team to ensure targets are delivered through people management. Prepare TMI’s Budget in collaboration with Distributors and monitor during the year.
Visiting POS on a periodical basis, negotiating, creating demand and capturing business opportunities. Monthly Forecasting.
Advanced daily Reporting and Analysis, via SFA. Ensure implementation of trade promotions at POS. Ensuring best shelf placement for company’s product portfolio following Shopper Marketing guidelines.
Ensure Payment Plans implementation. Cabinets management. Engage in Year End closure procedure regarding Distributors of responsibility.
Key Skills Distributors’ management. Negotiation and Relationship Management Skills. Customer Service Excellence. Communication skills.
People management. Coaching skills. Strong computer skills MS Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint). Background and Skills University Degree and Master's degree will be considered a plus.
5 years’ experience in commercial functions (Sales Rep, Category Management, Customer Marketing, Account Management, Marketing, Customer Service).
Good English level (speaking and writing) . Valid driving license. Key Interfaces Shopper Marketing team. Channel & Category Development team.
Merchandising Team. CD Finance. Support Areas (for e.g., CD Administration, HR, Legal, Accounts Receivables, Customer Service).
