The position is based in Athens and reports to the Head of Field Force Operations Manager Greece.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • Maintain and update sales and wholesalers’ records and prepare monthly sales reports
  • Gather market information and stay up-to-date with competition news
  • Provide support to the Sales Team (keep up-to-date sales records, compare actual sales vs targets)
  • Manage administrative tasks e.g. organize internal meetings incl. preparing presentations, minutes taking, process Sales Team’s expenses & travel arrangements
  • Work closely with the Sales Team to ensure that processes and procedures are adhered to the highest standard
  • Liaise with other departments such as Customer Service, Logistics etc. to ensure timely deliverables
  • Manage consumer line (inbound calls, complains, reporting)
  • CANDIDATE REQUIRMENTS

  • A 1-3 years relative experience in commercial departments preferably in the FMCG industry
  • Bachelor’s degree with focus on Business Administration / Economics / Marketing
  • Fluent in English (written and oral) is a must
  • Strong MS Office Skills / Primarily Advanced Excel pivot tables, formulas and PowerPoint
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for tracking results
  • Excellent communication and organizing skills with a customer service mindset
  • Willing to take ownership and deliver on responsibilities
  • Self-motivated with a strong team-oriented attitude
