Interweave is looking for a Social Media Marketing Executive to become the voice of a highly successful brands portfolio.

You will lead the social marketing strategy by shaping the future of our brands and drive change in implementing new practices across different mediums.

You will manage and monitor social media channels in order to effectively leverage brand voice and engage audience through innovative ideas.

At Interweave you will work with a team of inspirational digital strategists, top notch creative team, marketers, analysts, copywriters, community managers, designers and developers to build great brand experiences online & offline.

You must be able to multi-task, have the right mix of strategic view, creativity and project management skills to meet agency and client requirements.

What you will specifically do

  • Set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies
  • Communicate brands in a positive, authentic way that will attract today’s modern, hyper-connected consumers
  • Curate and manage all published content
  • Develop and manage a regular publishing schedule
  • Responding to comments and customer queries in a timely manner
  • Carry out A / B testing of various social media campaigns and related images and content
  • Work with the performance team to maximize traffic and deliver results on specific KPIs
  • Grow and lead online communities
  • Using all the related measurement tools to provide reports on metrics, and continually find ways to improve on those metrics through testing and new initiatives
  • Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends

  • Agency background at least 2 years, as a Social Media Manager or Digital Account Executive
  • Ability to work flexible working patterns to meet the needs of the clients
  • Ability to continually improve and enhance social media output
  • Experience in social media marketing and ability to understand what makes an effective paid social media campaign
  • A data-driven mindset and the ability to create, analyze and recommend KPIs as well as generate reports
  • Experience with web analytics systems
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Greek Native speaker with flawless reading, writing and presenting skills
  • Excellent English writing and speaking skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to pick up new systems rapidly and follow processes systematically
