WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR :

  • Experience as an HR Manager in Hospitality for at least 2 years
  • Good knowledge of payroll and HR Practices in Recruitment & Employee Development
  • Hospitality / Tourism experience / background will be considered as a strong asset
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative mind - hands on approach
  • Proven resiliency in a very dynamic work environment
  • Data entry into HR & ERGANI Systems for maintaining accurate employee records as well as compliance to Labor Authorities requirements
  • Excellent command of English language
  • Bachelor’s degree is required
  • DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Manage the recruitment and selection process
  • Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards
  • Report to General Manager by analyzing data and using HR
  • Supports a departmental orientation program for employees to receive the appropriate new hire training to successfully perform their job
  • Ensures coordination and facilitation of new hire orientation program to generate a positive first impression for employees and emphasize the importance of guest service in company culture
  • Ensures attendance by all new hires and participation of the leadership team in training programs
  • Collaborates with management team to ensure departmental orientation processes are in place and employees receive the appropriate new hire training to successfully perform their job
  • Support and guide managers in performance management and policy questions
