Mellon Technologies seeks to hire an EFT / POS Sales Μ anager

The ideal candidate :

The ideal candidate will be able to drive our business success by meeting customer needs, identifying new markets and customer leads, and pitching prospective customers.

He / she will work closely with Business Unit Manager having the ownership of sales for Products and Services related to Merchant Acquiring business.

Job Description

  • Propose the Sales Strategy of the Group per Market and Product Offerings
  • Set up sales projections and sales budgets
  • Monitor performance and intervenes, when needed, to ensure delivery of plans
  • Streamline, together with Sales Operations, the Sales processes and ensure all systems integration and well done
  • Monitor competitors' products, including relevant sales and marketing data
  • Use available data to accurately forecast sales and set appropriate performance goals
  • In cooperation with Marketing complete market research and analyze results to adjust sales strategy for maximum success
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with key clients, including negotiating and closing major contracts
  • Understand all the prospects needs, problems or wants
  • Meet with potential clients and act as their consultant
  • Up-sell and cross-sell when appropriate and follow up
  • Ensure salespeople performance, skills and development. Recruit, hire and train new salespeople as needed
  • Collaborate and consult across, with PUs and marketing team, with GM’s, with other functions and BL’s, to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Identify, monitor and report to GCEO most important sales KPIs
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Business Administration or related discipline
  • 3 years of B2B sales experience in a technology or product driven environment, preferably within payments acceptance or software / cloud industries
  • Experience with long and complex sales cycles of highly technical products / services
  • Knowledge about Banking sector and related areas
  • Ability to analyze business opportunities and understand how our customers successfully utilize our solutions
  • Experience working in a team-oriented environment
  • Drive for results
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong influencing and presentation skills
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English
