The ideal candidate :
The ideal candidate will be able to drive our business success by meeting customer needs, identifying new markets and customer leads, and pitching prospective customers.
He / she will work closely with Business Unit Manager having the ownership of sales for Products and Services related to Merchant Acquiring business.
Propose the Sales Strategy of the Group per Market and Product Offerings
Set up sales projections and sales budgets
Monitor performance and intervenes, when needed, to ensure delivery of plans
Streamline, together with Sales Operations, the Sales processes and ensure all systems integration and well done
Monitor competitors' products, including relevant sales and marketing data
Use available data to accurately forecast sales and set appropriate performance goals
In cooperation with Marketing complete market research and analyze results to adjust sales strategy for maximum success
Develop and maintain positive relationships with key clients, including negotiating and closing major contracts
Understand all the prospects needs, problems or wants
Meet with potential clients and act as their consultant
Up-sell and cross-sell when appropriate and follow up
Ensure salespeople performance, skills and development. Recruit, hire and train new salespeople as needed
Collaborate and consult across, with PUs and marketing team, with GM’s, with other functions and BL’s, to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Identify, monitor and report to GCEO most important sales KPIs
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Business Administration or related discipline
3 years of B2B sales experience in a technology or product driven environment, preferably within payments acceptance or software / cloud industries
Experience with long and complex sales cycles of highly technical products / services
Knowledge about Banking sector and related areas
Ability to analyze business opportunities and understand how our customers successfully utilize our solutions
Experience working in a team-oriented environment

Strong influencing and presentation skills
Fluent in both written and spoken English
