What will I be doing?
You will be the first point of contact for customers, offering support with their financial needs, identifying and handling customer inquiries.
Following on from your training and continuous support, you'll be speedily troubleshooting these issues whilst providing a world class service.

What do I need to do this?
EU passport or ID card
C2 in German
Training is in English, so you'll also need B1 minimum English.
Ability to multi-task as you will be speaking to customers via phone, email and web chat

In addition to all this, you'll receive :
A gross salary of €1200 (paid 14 times per year)
A monthly performance bonus up to €120 per month
Full time contract (40 hours a week) Monday-Friday
