So what’s the challenge
The IT Service Delivery Specialist works on the definition, design and delivery of technology solutions related to the operational needs of the Betting products.
He / she enhances the efficiency of the related applications and systems and participates in the lifecycle support of Betting applications and services to ensure business objectives are met.
Your day to day will include :
Performing technical analysis and solution design for all related systems and applications based on sports betting business and operational needs
Developing technical documentation including functional specifications document and software topology, focusing on technical feasibility and accuracy
Coordinating and managing a collaborative relationship with vendors and internal teams (project stakeholders and business owners) for the accurate and on time delivery of projects
Identifying cases for the integration of IT activities related with the sports betting operation and coordinating with external & internal stakeholders for their implementation
Developing and implementing testing scenarios, in close collaboration with QA team and business stakeholders, to validate the accuracy of the deliverables
Monitoring the operational efficiency of the sports betting systems and applications and coordinating the execution of corrective or maintenance activities according to SLAs
Monitoring market trends, best practices and technical advancements and proposing relevant improvements and modifications to increase system performance
Providing application and operation support and assisting on IT Auditing and Controls
Developing user manuals and delivering trainings to stakeholders where required
What you need to succeed :
BSc / MSc in Computer Science, Information Systems Management or equivalent field
3-5 years of working experience in a relevant position within the gaming / telcom / consulting field
Experience in solution design according to business needs and strategic plans
Strong planning, organizational and delivery skills
PMP / Prince2 Certifications are considered a plus
Analytical and conceptual thinking
Flexibility and ability to deliver outcomes within strict timeframes
Business acumen and strong planning, organizational and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated and achievement oriented mentality
Team player spirit and ability to build strong relationships at all levels
Excellent communication and presentation skills, oral and written, in Greek and English, both in technical and non-technical language
Proficient use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Fulfilled military obligations (for male candidates)
