We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer , part time position, to provide enterprise-level assistance. You will diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems and help our employees install applications and programs.
Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
Setting up accounts for new users
Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
Testing new technology
Degree in Computer Science, Computing or Engineering
2-3 years working experience in a similar role
Certifications are preferred, but not required
