We are looking for a Hindi Speaking Business Developer to join our experienced sales team. If you have passion for technology, you are results oriented and you want to start your career in Sales, you will have the chance to expand your knowledge in all aspects of sales cycle, including prospecting for prospective clients, handling objections and close deals in a global fast moving sector.
Acquires a thorough understanding of customer needs and requirements
Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders
Utilizes sales data to manage and serve existing, dedicated accounts
Works through agreed KPIs
Excellent understanding of Technology with strong analytical skills
Updates aggregators thoroughly about the company's products and services, negotiates prices and makes sure each account's operations are proceeding properly
Develops growth strategies to reach the company's set goals
Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the company’s CRM or other sales management system
Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts
Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators and potential new account opportunities
Participate and represent Insider in Industry trade events and other marketing initiatives
Job Requirements :
5 years of successful experience in Business Developer position in large Enterprises
Solid problem solving, decision making and negotiation skills
Dynamic personality, customer perception, innovation / creativity, ability to multitask, focused on detail and finding new opportunities
Ability to work under pressure
Written and verbal fluency in both English and Hindi
PC Literacy, extent experience in CRM software
Ability to travel
