At Exante we are looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Manager to join our growing sales team!

In this role, you will be required to increase Exante book of business, interact with large-scale banks, brokerages, and financial institutions at the C - level (CEO, COO, CTO, CIO, etc,), demonstrate the technical features of our solutions, drive sales, and establish trust and strong business relationship.

To ensure success as a Business Development Manager, you should have strong knowledge of the financial markets have a well-developed clients portfolio, and a proven ability to sell tech-financial products to clients in the banking / brokerage business.

Ultimately, a top-class Business Development Manager drives business growth by understanding the needs of the clients and providing them with the right EXANTE product / solution choices.

The primary purpose of this role is to sell White Label products to banks, brokerages, or financial institutions. Responsibilities include the ability to establish trust and strong business relationships at the executive level, realize consultative sales, conduct product presentations, conduct sales presentations, coordinating multiple resources within a prospective account, while consistently and successfully closing business for Exante.

About the role :

  • You will develop a customer portfolio to convert existing contacts / clients into new business opportunities (KPI : 1 closed deal in the first 6 months)
  • You will be responsible for establishing, building, and maintaining new customers on both a strategic and operative level according to agreed ambition and expectations
  • You will acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements. Act as primary contact for strategic / VIP accounts.
  • You will engage with the Sales Admin in the pre-sales, sales, and post-sales phase (full customer lifecycle) for support, resources needed for the overall quality execution.
  • You will ensure that sales processes are organized following the Company’s policies and regulatory requirements.
  • You will generate demand and pipeline and opportunity management and reporting.
  • You will lead end-to-end Account Management Sales processes for qualified prospects, in close cooperation with the product owner and delivery resources.
  • Requirements

  • You have Institutional sales background (project management and stakeholder management skills)
  • You have a demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, technology, and technical challenges, with the ability to build and convey compelling selling presentations.
  • You have experience in sales of complex software, IT solution or a SaaS solution in Banking / Financial Services
  • You are continually seeking new ways to generate sales pipelines, optimizing an effective sales process, and able to manage relationships between multiple high-profile stakeholders.
  • You have demonstrated success with large transactions and lengthy sales campaigns in a fast-paced, consultative and competitive market
  • You have a healthy and well-developed network to build a sales pipeline and close new deals.
  • You are generally motivated for Sales (Hunting and New Business development) and highly energetic with a good sense of time management.
  • You are passionate about growth in terms of business expansion, increasing profitability by building strategic partnerships, and making strategic business decisions.
  • You are a master in problem-solving, negotiation and you have a overachieve mentality.
  • You are both, an English speaker and native turkish speaker.
