The main responsibilities of the position include :
Development, implementation, and review of all B2C and B2B strategies for paid digital performance campaigns with the aim of increasing online sales, conversions and web visits in order to achieve the biggest ROI
Monitoring and optimizing of PPC, SEM and retargeting campaigns on Facebook, Google, Programmatic and other online platforms with defining objectives, targets, and creative requests for achieving business KPIs
Analysis, defining targets, conclusions and actions to take in order to increase online sales
Development of potential and existing internal and external online performance channels
Apply the best practices and innovations from the field of performance marketing
Efficient management of digital media buying budget and optimization of spending
Proactive communication with the agencies, as well as colleagues from different areas of expertise
Discovering potential opportunities for online sales through landing page optimization or through different ads copies (A / B testing), keywords, ad groups and targets
Cooperation with internal web, UX and design team in order to create quality content and landing pages that sell online
Reporting on important conversion metrics, CPA, CPC, ROAS, ROI, etc.
Main requirements :
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or other relevant degree. Master's Degree would be considered as an asset.
Minimum three years of experience in digital marketing
Knowing performance marketing (PPC), SEM, dynamic and retargeted ads, good SEO practice and acquisition of customers on the web
Good planning skills, able to work as part of a team and independently
Knowledge of digital channel metrics, strong analytical and reporting skills
Experience with setup and optimization of Google AdWords and Facebook campaigns
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Fluency in English language both written and oral
