This is an external staff position for 18 months. Your employer will be a third-party supplier, in service for Microsoft.

In the DPSS EMEA team, we drive growth for Microsoft and our partners through strategic expertise, customer obsession and execution excellence in marketing and selling our winning portfolio of devices and solutions.

Device Partner Soltuion Sales (DPSS) team purpose is to work with ecosystem partners to build, market and sell a winning product portfolio that delights customers and creates fans around the world.


Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) :

  • Provide back-office support to DPSS EMEA Leader and the Sales and Category Leadership team, including : Management and maintenance of complex calendars on a daily, monthly, quarterly and annual basis to ensure accurate scheduling and organization.
  • Coordinate and schedule internal / external meetings.Arrange domestic and international travel as needed.

  • Reconcile and process expense reports for manager.
  • Ensure compliance with administrative operations policies and procedures.
  • Work closely with Business Manager on aligning Rhythm of the Business processes and operations with Leaders calendar and ensure tight coordination of commitments.
  • Support management of end-to-end Regional event planning and execution.
  • Assist with presentation (Powerpoint) creation and Leadership communications.
  • Maintain organizational charts and contact lists.
  • Other daily admin tasks as needed.
  • Exercise sound judgment, tact, diplomacy, integrity and professionalism in all transactions to include communicating and working with confidential and sensitive information.
  • Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience supporting a senior manager, ideally in a regional or WW role
  • Balanced skill profile including attention to detail, problem solving, organization, prioritization and time management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Ability to build effective cross-group working relationships and work collaboratively with people at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to accommodate varying work styles and perspectives of diverse individuals and groups.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, calmly and confidently with a can-do attitude.
  • Must have a high level of integrity and ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in Enlglish.
  • Preferred : Strong working knowledge of Microsoft internal tools such as Headtrax, iCIMS, MS Expense, MyOrder and SharePoint.
  • Outstanding analytical and business judgment skills across a range of disciplines
  • Operationally savvy
  • Ability to work comfortably with ambiguity
  • Proven track record of influencing positive outcomes without direct authority
  • Excellent project and program management
