The Position

Sales Support - Graduate Program

JOB VACANCY :

Sales Support - Graduate Program

Location : Athens, Greece

Role overview : The Sales Support intern will support sales for small customers, database creation and maintenance, back office assistance for technical support requests.

Internship Duration : 1 year

Start Date : January 2022

Reports To : Agriculture, Cat Litter & Intermediates Sales Director

Responsibilities and Duties

Maintain existing and design new sales databases to improve project follow up and monitoring (offers database, transportation cost database etc)

Preparation of team meetings (templates) etc

Extracts - downloads from salesforce - preparation of one to one calls

Provide to customers or sales managers existing documentation (TDS, SDS, FAMIQS, PSD, etc)

Communication with operations for technical data

Support in TDS preparation

Sample requests in CRM

Maintain existing and design new technical database for agriculture products

Qualifications& Experience

Bachelor’s Degree Student in Engineering and / or agronomist

MBA would be considered a plus

Ideally with a first experience in sales, within a global organization in an industrial environment

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Greek languages

IT skills : advanced level of Excel, and Google Working Solutions are required (G-Sheet, G-Slides, G-Docs

Skills & Person Specification

Able to work in an international environment and deal with diverse backgrounds and stakeholders

Strong interest in technical products

Multi-tasking mindset combined with ability to prioritize and provide results with efficiency and accuracy
