As a Technical Support Advisor you will represent a very well-known IT brand and you will be responsible for answering incoming queries from customers via phone, email and live chat.
Listening to your customers and solving any issues will be part of your daily tasks. This is a versatile role which suits someone with a technical support background.

Basic salary is 1200 Euro gross p / m which is after tax around 1000 Euro net p / m. Please note that the cost of living in the city of Athens is very low, where you can rent your own furnished apartment in the city centre of Athens from around 250 euro p / m, your monthly public transport pass costs no more than 30 Euro and you can do very cheap food shops with lots of fresh fruit, veg and fish! There is also a monthly relocation and accommodation allowance 430 Euro p / m gross.
