So what’s the challenge
The Trainee Lawyer develops knowledge and skills in order to provide, under supervision, legal services to the Legal and Business Teams.
Your day to day will include
Assisting the Legal Team in day to day topics such as preparing contracts, drafting extra-judicial orders and law suits, processing regulatory issues
Gaining understanding of business landmark and demands
Conducting legal research on issues / cases assigned
Assisting in the preparation and submission of the relevant files before the courts and relevant authorities
Following administrative systems and procedures
Gaining knowledge by participating in significant projects
Supporting senior members on tasks requested
Adhering and complying with organization’s values in all aspects of work
Keeping up-to-date with the relevant areas of law and practice
What you need to succeed
Bachelor in Law (LLB) with strong academic merits (over 7.5 / 10 grade). A Master degree (LLM) will be desirable
Confidentiality and integrity
Strong communication and presentation skills
Excellent command of both written and spoken Greek & English, as well as strong knowledge of English legal terminology
Very good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced working environment
High attention to details and strong analytical skills
Ability to work alone and as a member of a larger team
Proficient use of MS Office
Military obligations fulfilled (for male candidates)
