    As a Bilingual Account Manager for Spotify, you will :

    Deliver best-in-class client service to Spotify’s advertiser and agency partners

    Uncover & drive strategy for Spotify clients : Lead sales calls, campaign reviews, and recurring check-ins. Understand client needs and make recommendations.

    Build custom sales presentations by preparing key data, historical findings and relevant research

    Consult with advertisers on their branding and direct response objectives and provide them with onboarding services and optimization strategies

    Troubleshoot campaign issues and work cross functionally as needed to resolve

    Identify optimization and upsell opportunities and sell through new product features and influence budget allocation in a broad marketing mix

    Educate brands and media agencies on Spotify’s value proposition, benchmarks, and best practices

    Partner closely with the TaskUs Sales Specialists to craft thoughtful and creative media plans and carry out upsells and cross sells

    Identify ideal clients for handoff to Spotify Growth Account Managers and partner with Spotify GRAMs to provide a seamless transition for the client

    Meet and exceed advertising revenue and activity quota / targets

    Candidates can be based anywhere in Greece

    So, do you have what it takes to be an Account Manager ?

    Requirements :

    So, what is it we’re looking for?

    Fluent in German and English

    1+ years of B2B sales experience driving revenue and managing an account list and pipeline, ideally in advertising sales and / or from a marketing / agency background

    You have strong negotiation skills, have the ability to consultatively sell, present effectively and close the deal

    You know how to prepare for, deliver effective meetings, and tell an inspiring story

    Are able to craft impactful sales rationale stories by using data and research

    Nice to have) Experience with Salesforce (or other CRM) and Gsuite (Gsheets, Gslides)

    Nice to have) Bachelor's degree, preferably in Sales, Advertising, Marketing, or Business
