The Customer Service Representative is responsible for processing orders and managing incoming customer calls. This position requires customer focus, well-balanced interpersonal skills, teamwork, organizational skills and Microsoft office knowledge.

Successful candidate must have the ability to handle interruptions and maintain focus. The Customer Service Representative is a key contact for customers, internally and externally.

Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to :

  • Full accountability and ownership for order to cash process
  • Handling customers’ enquiries and orders, submit price quotations, unsure correct product order
  • Liaises with delivery agents to ensure product availability, delivery capability and any extra charge requirements
  • Communicate efficiently with customers and cross functional teams to ensure timely & cost-efficient deliveries
  • Execute manual transactions / manual payment posting
  • Handling complaints and conduct root cause analysis to resolve problems
  • Assist account managers’ in customers visit to sort out specific problems or to train a customer’s staff in Chevron’s order procedures and OnePort system
  • Carry out simple analytical dashboard reporting
  • Required Qualifications & Experience :

    Minimum bachelor’s degree

    Two years minimum work experience

    Experienced in managing customer expectations, managing and facilitating short-notice orders or 'emergency' requirements

    Excellent teamwork and cross functionally with for example Credit departments to meet business constraints on customer's financial statuses

    Candidate must be fluent in English and Greek, able to deal with a worldwide customer base and communicate with people for whom English is not their first language

    Prepare to adapt to customers irregular requirements and use initiative to solve problems

    Proven capability to work to deadlines, working under pressure and ensuring delivery of required service

    Ability to work after regular office hours

    Proficiency of computer application i.e. MS office, MS Excel, Macro (Power BI, SAP is a plus)
