We are currently seeking to recruit a Service Desk and Master Data Administrator with French
Establishing and maintaining effective supplier and customer relationships through understanding of their needs, answering queries and the provision of high quality services
Daily communication with internal financial departments
Validation of Master Data in ERP according to the company procedures and standards
Support of business users through the resolution of Master Data Issues / Queries
Skills and Experience
Very good command of the French language both written and verbal is a prerequisite. Relevant certifications would be considered a plus.
Fluency in English language
2 Years of prior experience in a customer service role
University Degree in Economics, Business Administration or other related subject or in process of obtaining one, would be considered a plus
Experience with focus on customer service in a multinational environment is required
Very good knowledge of Excel, ERP systems, databases, would be considered a plus
