STORE CATEGORY MANAGER Seasonal Employment
Reporting to the Deputy and / or Store Manager
Based in Corfu Airport
Directly reporting to the Store Deputy and / or Store Manager is mainly focusing on delivering exceptional employee experiences, customer experiences and business results.
He / she is responsible for implement ing the company’s Category strategy following company guidelines & standards .
Main responsibilities include
Monitors stock levels, places orders, ensures availability and rotation of products and proposes solutions for stock on hand.
Performs periodical stock controls.
Organizes local promotional activities.
Prepares all reports related to order forecasting and Category KPI analysis.
Ensures merchandising standards according to the company guidelines.
Ensures compliance with all legal, customs and health / safety procedures.
Core Skills required
Passion to drive product category performance.
Excellent communication and organization skills.
Excellent analytical skills, ability to work with numbers, to develop forecasts and other commercial analysis.
Knowledge of the Retail or Consumer Goods Sector.
Bachelor degree in a Business / Social / related field (Sales & Marketing, Management etc.) is highly desirable.
3 to 5 years of minimum experience in related commercial jobs.
Computer literacy and excellent knowledge of MS Office.
Excellent use of English language (oral and written). Knowledge of additional languages, will be considered an asset.
